Hizmet Şartları

1. About these Şartlar

These Hizmet Şartları (“Şartlar”) govern your access to and use of the ShaFX website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, SEN agree to be bound by these Şartlar.

2. Eligibility

Sen must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its provision would be unlawful. Sen are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.

3. The Service

ShaFX operates as an introducing partner and rewards platform. We do not act as a broker, financial adviser, signal provider, or asset manager. We do not custody client funds. Tümü trading occurs with the third-party broker SEN select.

Geri ödeme is calculated based on lot Hacim reported by partner Brokerlar. Rates published on the Service are indicative and may change. The applicable rate is confirmed when your broker account is linked.

4. Hesap Registration

Sen agree to provide accurate, Mevcut, and complete information. Sen are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

6. Prohibited Activity

Sen may not: (a) engage in arbitrage, latency, or wash trading designed to inflate Hacim; (b) use multiple accounts to circumvent Seviye or rate limits; (c) trade on behalf of another person without authorisation; (d) use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only. Sen are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

Tümü content, branding, software, and design on the Service is owned by ShaFX or its licensors. Sen receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Şartlar, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Sen may close your account at any time Kaynak your dashboard. Accrued cashback that is not the subject of a dispute will be paid out in the next regular payout cycle.

10. Sorumluluk reddi of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaFX’s toplam liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Şartlar or the Service shall not exceed the cashback paid to SEN in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes

We may update these Şartlar Kaynak time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Şartlar are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShaFX is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be Çözüldü by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
