3. The Service

ShaFX operates as an introducing partner and rewards platform. We do not act as a broker, financial adviser, signal provider, or asset manager. We do not custody client funds. سب trading occurs with the third-party broker آپ select.

6. Prohibited Activity

آپ may not: (a) engage in arbitrage, latency, or wash trading designed to inflate حجم; (b) use multiple accounts to circumvent درجہ or rate limits; (c) trade on behalf of another person without authorisation; (d) use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only. آپ are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

سب content, branding, software, and design on the Service is owned by ShaFX or its licensors. آپ receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Termination

12. Changes

13. Governing Law
