منهجية الكاش باك

١. الأهلية

يُدفع الكاش باك فقط على:

• الصفقات made through a broker حساب that is verifiably linked to a ShaFX المستخدم حساب
• الوسطاء where ShaFX has an active introducing-broker / affiliate agreement
• حساب types that the broker classifies as eligible for IB rebate (some demo, بلا سواب, or "professional" حساب variants may be excluded by the broker)
• الأدوات that the broker reports as eligible (some الوسطاء exclude certain العملات الرقمية, المؤشرات, or منخفض-spread products)

٢. مصدر البيانات

كاش باك is calculated من the broker's official IB report, not من المستخدم-submitted screenshots. We accept reports via:

• وسيط partner-portal CSV / API export
• وسيط email statement (where APIs are not available)
• Direct broker لوحة التحكم reconciliation

If a broker's report is delayed, your كاش باك is delayed by the same window. We do not estimate كاش باك that has not been confirmed by the broker.

٣. الحساب

يتبع كاش باك كل لوت هذه البنية:

• Base rate per lot من the broker, by الأداة class (فوركس, metals, المؤشرات, العملات الرقمية, etc.)
• Multiplied by traded لوتات as reported by the broker for the period
• Adjusted for refunds / chargebacks if the broker reports any
• Plus loyalty boost if the متداول's loyalty المستوى qualifies for a multiplier
• Minus any negative adjustments من the broker (rare; documented in the كاش باك statement)

The displayed per-lot rate on a broker page is indicative. The actual rate confirmed at حساب-linking is what applies.

٤. نافذة التراكم

كاش باك accrues continuously as broker reports come in. There is a brief "قيد الانتظار" period (typically up to 7 days) to allow for broker reconciliation, refund handling, and fraud checks. After the قيد الانتظار period, كاش باك becomes "available" and counts toward your payout balance.

٥. دورة الدفع

• Frequency: أسبوعي
• Minimum: $10 USD equivalent
• Methods: USDT, broker credit, bank transfer (where supported), and أخرى partner-payment options shown in your لوحة التحكم
• التحقق: first payout requires confirmation of broker-حساب ownership

٦. النزاعات

If a كاش باك figure does not match your own reconciliation, فتح a dispute من the لوحة التحكم with details of the discrepancy. Disputes are تمت المراجعة against the broker's source report. We will correct genuine errors. We will also explain when a discrepancy is the result of broker-side reporting rules (e.g., excluded instruments) rather than a calculation error.

٧. مكافحة إساءة الاستخدام

The following are not eligible for كاش باك and may result in حساب suspension:

• إحالة الذات أو حسابات بملكية مزيفة
• Wash trading, latency arbitrage, or أخرى broker-prohibited strategies, where the broker reverses commissions
• الصفقات on accounts linked after a back-dated request
• النشاط that the broker classifies as fraudulent

٨. العملة

عملة التسوية الافتراضية هي الدولار الأمريكي. قد تتوفر عملات أخرى حسب طريقة الدفع. أي تحويل عملات يتم بالسعر الذي يقدمه معالج الدفع.

٩. التغييرات

المنهجية changes are versioned on this page and reflected in our internal changelog. Material changes are emailed to active users.
