Do my referrals lose cashback if they join through me?
No. Your Komisi is paid from the broker's IB pool on top of what they pay your referrals. They receive their full cashback rate.
What if my referral stops trading for 6 months then comes back?
Attribution persists. Their account stays linked to you. You earn commissions on every lot they ever trade.
Can I refer myself or close family?
You cannot refer yourself. Family members are allowed only if they trade with their own funds and provide their own KYC. We monitor for circular attribution.
What countries are excluded?
Wherever the underlying broker is not licensed to operate. See our restricted countries list.
Is this halal?
The Komisi model itself is service-fee-based (ujrah) and considered permissible by most scholars when promoting halal swap-free accounts. Promote responsibly.
What happens if my referral disputes a payout?
Broker occasionally reverse commissions due to chargebacks or violations. ShaFX reflects this in your ledger transparently. We never silently claw back.
